IdleForged provides web design and conversion optimization services for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment terms are agreed per project. Work begins on receipt of agreed deposit. Files are handed over on completion of full payment.
Upon full payment, the client owns all page files and content created for their project. IdleForged retains no ongoing license to the work unless separately agreed.
Where advertising setup is included in a package, ad spend is paid directly by the client to Google or Meta. IdleForged is not responsible for ad performance or platform decisions.
IdleForged is not liable for revenue loss, missed leads, or business outcomes beyond the scope of the deliverables agreed. We build correctly; we cannot guarantee traffic or conversion rates, which depend on factors outside our control.
