Terms of Service

Your agreement to use IdleForged services and Web3 gaming platforms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all sites, platforms, modules, and related services provided by IdleForged ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to white-labeled game modules, NFT-related applications, and hosted dashboards ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Services or connecting a crypto wallet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. WALLET CONNECTION AND NFT INTERACTIONS

  • You may be required to connect a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) to access certain modules.
  • Wallet addresses are used to verify ownership of NFTs, sign actions, track progress, and manage in-game data.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your wallet and ensuring that you do not lose your seed phrase or private keys.
  • We do not custody any crypto assets on your behalf.

Note: Always keep your private keys and seed phrases secure. IdleForged cannot recover lost wallet access.

3. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property in the platform, including code, interfaces, UI, and logic, remains the property of IdleForged or the original Licensor.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services only as intended, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

White-Label Licensing: Any white-labeled instance of a module may include additional agreements between the client (project owner) and IdleForged.

4. USER CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR

  • Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their connected wallet.
  • You may not attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with any part of the Service.
  • You may not upload or link to malicious content, run exploits, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to ban wallets or IPs that abuse or attack the system.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • You acknowledge that NFTs, tokens, and smart contracts are volatile and experimental.
  • You assume full responsibility for all blockchain interactions, including minting, staking, and token usage.
  • We are not liable for smart contract bugs, user errors, or third-party attacks.

DYOR: Use of our modules is at your own risk. Always DYOR (do your own research).

6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or disable parts of the platform at any time
  • Suspend Services for maintenance or upgrades
  • Terminate access for violations of these Terms

Where possible, we will notify users in advance, but we are not obligated to do so.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our modules may interact with third-party services such as blockchain explorers, NFT marketplaces, RPC providers, or analytics tools.

Disclaimer: We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • IdleForged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • This includes losses due to blockchain failures, project rug pulls, exploits, or downtime
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the Services

Legal Notice: These limitations may not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain damages.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Updates: Material changes will be communicated through our website or platform notifications.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
